1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes to the Rules on the website of the online store.
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the online store, having previously familiarized himself with these rules.
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer. 3.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation, stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend his access to the online store without warning.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the online store, the operating conditions of which are set out in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions established by these Terms of Sale and Purchase.
4.3. When, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement after informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in clause 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may not refund the amount paid by the Buyer until the goods have been returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the Buyer's right discussed in clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not substantially changed, and if they have not been used.
7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices are indicated including VAT. After confirming the order, the delivery fee, if applicable, is added to the total amount of the goods.
8.1. The Buyer, having visited the online store, selects the goods he likes, which he places in the shopping cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for the execution of the order: his name, surname, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that he has read these rules and confirms the order.
8.2. Payments can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadelė, Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services, and Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Defects in sold poor-quality goods are eliminated, poor-quality goods are replaced, and returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
10.2.1. The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (this point does not apply in the case of a returned product of poor quality);
10.2.2. The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
10.2.3. The product must be unused and in good condition: the label must be intact, the protective film must not be torn off, etc. (this point does not apply in the case of a returned product of poor quality);
10.2.4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as the one received by the Buyer (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product); 10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the conditions for returning the goods were not met;
10.2.6. The return of goods is carried out in the manner determined by the Seller within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (this clause does not apply if the goods are of poor quality - in such a case, the return of goods is carried out within the statutory warranty period);
10.3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality is carried out in accordance with Part 1 of Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code;
10.4. The money paid for goods accepted by the Buyer but later rejected shall be returned to the Buyer's account no later than 5 (five) days from the date of return of the goods to the Seller, unless the Seller and the Buyer agree otherwise.
11.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties in relation to these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The Parties are exempted from the performance of their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force majeure).
